Location: Troy, MI (on‑site)  |  Reports to: Director of Sales  |  Employment type: Full‑Time About the Role We are looking for a high‑energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new sales opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads. This role is focused on opening doors and booking meetings for the Director of Sales with qualified decision‑makers. If you’re competitive, resilient, and motivated by performance, this role is a great entry point into a high‑growth sales organization. Your Mission Make outbound calls to prospective clients and secure a 15–30 minute virtual meeting with our Director of Sales. You’ll Receive Qualified call lists, access to scripts, CRM tools, and onboarding support All you need to bring is persistence and a willingness to pick up the phone Ideal For Hybrid Employment Pay tied directly to results A chance to influence real revenue outcomes Responsibilities Make outbound calls to dealership and commercial prospects nationwide Introduce Future Energy’s value proposition and secure calendar‑booked meetings Schedule calls directly using shared calendar access Log conversations and quick notes into CRM (Zoho) and lead tracker Re‑engage unanswered or busy leads with 1–2 additional call attempts Meet weekly call volume target of 300+ calls Participate in occasional training/touch‑bases with Sales Director Qualifications Phone‑based sales experience preferred (cold calling or appointment setting) Strong communicator comfortable engaging decision‑makers Organized and able to track outreach notes and follow‑ups Motivated by goal‑based compensation Familiarity with automotive or EV space helpful, but not required Tools Provided Warm lead lists + database of target dealerships CRM access (Zoho) Scripts & talking tracks Weekly coaching / call feedback Sandler‑style concepts shared Resourceful callers encouraged to identify additional dealership contacts to improve reach rates (e.g., GM, GSM, Fixed Ops Director, etc.) Performance Expectations 300+ outbound calls per week 10 completed meetings per week considered successful Retention is results‑based Who Will Thrive in This Role Individuals who like earning based on output rather than hours clocked Someone who appreciates flexibility and autonomy #J-18808-Ljbffr
