We’re building the next‑generation financial infrastructure for businesses worldwide. Job Description We’re looking for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our growing partnerships team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, closing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive high-volume customer acquisition for EFICYENT. You will work closely with internal teams across marketing, sales, and product, and your core KPI will be the acquisition and activation of high-value business customers through partnerships. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys relationship-building, growth strategy, and working in a fast-moving fintech environment. What You’ll Be Doing Find and build new partnerships Identify and target high-potential partnership opportunities aligned with EFICYENT’s business goals Research and approach companies whose customers make frequent international payments Pitch EFICYENT’s value proposition and negotiate partnership terms Own the end-to-end partnerships funnel from outreach to launch Attend industry events, meetups, and networking sessions to source new partnerships Maintain an up-to-date partnerships pipeline and report progress clearly Manage and grow partner relationships Act as the main point of contact for partners and build long‑term relationships Share regular updates on performance, new features, and product improvements Support partners with marketing materials, onboarding, and training Identify opportunities for campaign collaborations and referral growth Continuously optimize partnerships to improve volume and conversion Conduct regular check‑ins with internal stakeholders to align on goals and execution Track and report performance Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs Analyze acquisition cost vs revenue to ensure partnerships remain commercially viable Review performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly Use insights to improve strategy and scale successful partnerships Qualifications We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, affiliate marketing, or B2B growth roles. Experience in partnerships, affiliates, business development, or B2B marketing Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Experience working with cross‑functional teams A growth mindset with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue impact Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong planning and time management abilities Commercial awareness and data‑driven decision‑making skills The ability to work independently and own outcomes Nice to Have Experience in fintech, payments, FX, or financial services Experience working with SMEs, financial institutions, or global businesses Exposure to analytics or reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker, dashboards, etc.) Experience managing referral or partner‑led growth channels Additional language skills What’s in It for You?
