What you’ll do! Land the Big Fish: Hit the phones, work the leads, turn cold calls into signed deals and keep pushing until they’re shipping steady.
Run Point on Every Deal: Take it from hello to daily loads. Quote it, book it, manage it, hand it off clean, and make sure it sticks.
Stack the Pipeline: Load it up with heavy-hitter accounts. No cap on size or revenue, just keep the right ones coming.
Grow Each Account Your Way: Map out what they need, lock in contracts, and turn one-offs into monthly volume.
Own the Relationship: Lead the kickoff calls, run the quarterly business reviews, sit in the partner meetings. Keep them happy and growing.
Stay on Top of Every Load: Shoot straight with updates any hour, any day, so they’re never wondering where their freight is.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ year of Logistics Sales, Freight Brokerage, or Account Management experience required: With a focus on the automotive industry (Airparts, Robotics, etc)
