About the Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing, highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive OEM sales growth throughout the Great Lakes/Midwest Region . This role has a heavy focus on new business development in specialized, technical markets—ideal for a true sales hunter who excels in niche industries and engineered-product environments.
You will lead growth with OEMs and advanced manufacturing customers in aerospace, semiconductor, laboratory, cleanroom, and heavy industrial sectors , working directly with engineers, specifiers, and procurement teams to deliver high-value mobility and caster solutions.

What You Will Be Doing
Identify, pursue, and secure new OEM business across aerospace, semiconductor, lab, cleanroom, and heavy manufacturing markets
Conduct high-volume prospecting , strategic territory planning, and outbound activity to penetrate niche, engineered-product environments
Build relationships with engineers, buyers, EHS leaders, operations managers, and R&D teams
Use a consultative, technical selling approach to position application-specific caster and mobility solutions
Manage a small portfolio of existing accounts while aggressively growing new business
Maintain an active pipeline using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and digital sales tools
Travel independently throughout the Great Lakes territory ( 75–80% travel ) to visit OEMs, integrators, and manufacturing facilities
Partner with internal engineering, sales support, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account development
A proven sales hunter with B2B experience selling technical, industrial, or engineered products
Background selling into at least one of the following environments:
Aerospace
Semiconductor
Tooling
Cart fabrication and conveyor systems
Lab and cleanroom environments
Demonstrated success in generating leads, nurturing pipelines, and closing business
Highly independent, disciplined, and driven to develop a large territory with minimal oversight
Comfortable working closely with engineers, specifiers, and procurement professionals
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
3+ years of successful outside sales experience (technical or industrial sales strongly preferred)
Experience selling to or working within: aerospace, semiconductor, Tier 1 manufacturing, tooling, GSE, or cleanroom environments
Proficiency with CRM platforms , quoting systems, and digital selling tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout the region
