Social Media Marketing Intern (Combat Sports Focus) – Commission-Based Company: A & W Wrestling Equipment and Adams Athletics Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: Wrestling or Combat Sports Community Involvement) Compensation: Commission-Based Internship About Adams Athletics: Adams Athletics is a family-owned company that has spent over 50 years designing and hand‑crafting elite combat sports training equipment used by world champions, Olympic athletes, and premier programs. Our equipment is trusted by athletes such as Daniel Cormier, Henry Cejudo, and Conor McGregor, as well as by powerhouse programs such as Iowa State and Navy. We are entering a major growth phase with the goal of doubling our revenue this year, and we are looking for a driven Social Media Marketing Intern who understands both marketing and the culture of wrestling and combat sports. Position Overview: This is a commission‑based internship for someone who lives and understands wrestling or combat sports and wants real‑world experience growing a respected brand. You will be responsible for managing and growing Adams Athletics’ social media presence, creating content, and helping drive revenue through digital marketing. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to company growth, earn commission, and gain hands‑on mentorship from a Hall of Fame wrestler and coach.
