This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and enjoys being the go-to person between vendors, suppliers, and internal departments. In this role, you’ll: Manage daily communication between factories/vendors/suppliers and internal teams Issue purchase orders and track pre-production and top-of-production samples Monitor shipments, WIP reports, QA timelines, and production schedules Ensure shipping occurs on time and coordinate with internal departments Review shipping documents and support cross-functional teams as needed What they are looking for: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in production or logistics Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Proficiency in Excel and MS Office (Exenta knowledge is a plus) Ability to adapt, prioritize, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment Why this role?
