Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sheditor (Shooter + Editor) specializing in TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts for our on-site location in St. George, UT. The role involves end-to-end video production, including conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short-form video content for various social platforms. The Sheditor will collaborate with the creative team to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience. This role also includes staying updated with trends and implementing successful engagement strategies unique to each platform. Qualifications Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing, with a focus on short-form content Strong understanding of YouTube and social media platforms such as TikTok and IG Reels Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a creative team Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced on-site work environment Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends in content creation REMINDER: THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION Your day in the life as Youtube Sheditor You'll be Researching & analyze trends daily. Aka dissecting Tiktok, IG & Shorts videos to stay 3 steps ahead of the curve. Next, Present ideas, Outline & Script if needed! Once Hope "green-lights" a video idea, it is your job to make it come to life! You’ll be working with our team to get everything planned out & ready to go. We are heavy on preparation so you’ll stand in as Hope during the dress rehearsals. Next, film. Then organize footage. Edit first drafts. Review with Hope, make adjustments, test videos on our other pages, tweak hooks, & Schedule the posts! Concept and shoot aesthetic photos/videos for the HPFL.store website. Lastly, review performance. Analyze, adjust & repeat! As the channels grow we will help you build out a team if you're interested in growing in that direction. Pay be based off experience and skill.
