Overview Account Executive, Small Business – Singapore. We are looking for a Account Executive, Small Business to join our highly successful Sales Team. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business, and increase the customer's usage of the HubSpot platform over time. You will act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to the customer, running the sales process end to end with them. This role will cover either Emerging Markets (SEA) or North Asia.
Responsibilities Run a full sales cycle and close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence
Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads
Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
Run online, and occasionally in person, product demonstrations
Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level
Work collaboratively with HubSpot\'s marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
What are you like 2 years+ of full closing experience in the Small Business SaaS space, preferably with Emerging Markets (SEA) or North Asia experience
Experience in a complex selling environment
Experience presenting and pitching to C-level executives on business change
Ability to manage monthly and annual pipeline with forecasting accuracy
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Trained and/or certified in a standardised sales method (e.g., Sandler)
Proven ability to drive results, resilience in challenging sales situations, customer-first mentality, and growth mindset
Growth and Excellence Understanding of how businesses grow and ability to advise C-level executives on growth strategies
Genuine curiosity about business and technology
Growth mindset with openness to feedback
High performance in areas outside of professional work
Experience taking on additional responsibilities in a team (e.g., coaching, mentoring)
