About the Role The Brand Strategist is responsible for developing and executing data-driven brand strategies for experiential activations and integrated marketing campaigns. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement—driving brand loyalty, recognition, and resonance with target audiences across multiple channels.
You’ll partner closely with creative, marketing, and client teams to bring insight-led strategies to life in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
Work Environment Hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday in-office required )
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business and client objectives
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities
Define brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and activations
Lead brand storytelling efforts, including brand voice, narrative, and experiential execution
Perform brand audits, SWOT analyses, and performance evaluations
Track and analyze KPIs to measure brand health, awareness, and impact
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and strategic direction
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual assets and campaigns
Present strategies, insights, and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and client teams
Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines and standards
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or related field):
Marketing
Communications
Business Administration
Experience
5–7 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing research
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (agency experience preferred)
Core Skills & Experience Brand Strategy & Development Proven ability to build and execute comprehensive brand strategies
Strong expertise in brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
Solid understanding of brand architecture and identity systems
Market Research & Analytics Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
Ability to analyze customer sentiment, trends, and competitive landscapes
Familiarity with research methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel required; SPSS, Tableau a plus)
Data-Driven Decision Making Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience tracking and reporting on brand KPIs and performance metrics
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills with creative, marketing, and client teams
Project Management & Technical Skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus
