Primary Responsibilities: Train all new hire classes in the field Drive and Lead a team of 2 to 6 field marketers Have territory planned for each member of the team with backup territory Maintain and clean company vehicle Mentor new and tenured field marketers Lead weekly small group training sessions on relevant topics Monitor field marketers in the field Work with Marketing Management team to develop the best training methods and solutions Reports to the Field Marketing Manager Fill daily and weekly set request for in-home sales team Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years of field marketing experience (door-to-door preferable) Strong conversation skills, disciplined, ability to adapt to changes Experience in leading, training, coaching and mentoring a team preferred Enjoys working in a fast paced, high energy team setting Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be able to walk up to 4+ hours/ day Must be willing to work outdoors in every season Compensation and Benefits package: Paid professional training program 401K plan Medical, vision, and dental insurance Schedule: Full-time position Must be able to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends Required to work evenings up until 7:00 PM If this sounds like an exciting opportunity to you, apply now.
