Responsibilities

Lead the pursuit team and manage day-to-day operations of pursuit coordination, including responding to requests for qualifications and proposals, and developing presentation/interview coordination.\nOversee Vantagepoint CRM data hygiene and accuracy.\nManage templates and vendor registrations used to produce marketing content and submit pursuits, including but not limited to project descriptions, picture catalogs, InDesign templates, FDOT prequalification, Avetta, Miami-Dade technical and pre-qualification, etc.\nDevelop and execute SOPs for pursuit coordination and data management.\nLead go/no-go discussions and manage pursuit workload across the team.\nIntegrate AI tools to improve pursuit efficiency and output.\nShare business development reports (pipeline, hit rate, capture rate, proposal tracking audits, etc.) to inform strategy.\nAttend monthly managers meetings, representing the pursuit team and contributing to departmental planning.\nSupport or train others to support marketing initiatives such as webinars, awards submissions and professional photo management.
