Overview Job Title: Hybrid Account Manager - Hiring Urgently Pay: $40,000/yr Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Account Manager in Brecksville, OH who will be the driving force behind seamless operations and strong client relationships. A hybrid schedule will be available after training. Responsibilities Customer support in executing work order requests Overseeing and managing client and vendor relationships Overseeing quality assurance and follow up resolution Up-selling additional services Sourcing service providers and on-boarding them Qualifications 2-3 years in a business to business service environment with vendor management experience Experience with MS Office applications including Excel, Teams and Outlook Experience in property management setting is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance after 90 days.
