Randy Noel and Rich Bowren State Farm are seeking a motivated Account Manager to support both agents in one shared office location in Colmar, PA. This is a unique opportunity to work within a dual-agent environment where teamwork, accountability, and production matter.
We are looking for a well-rounded insurance professional who is equally strong in servicing existing clients and generating new business. You must be comfortable handling policy changes and claims conversations while confidently pivoting into coverage reviews, cross-sells, and closing opportunities.
Licensing Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 in the office
Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of starting
Support and guidance are provided to help you complete licensing requirements
Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting two agents’ books of business. You will manage customer relationships, handle service needs with urgency and professionalism, and actively drive growth through proactive outreach, policy reviews, and needs-based sales conversations.
This role requires someone organized, adaptable, and production-minded who can balance service excellence with consistent revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve protection
Recommend and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
Handle service requests, endorsements, billing questions, and claims follow-up
Convert inbound inquiries and referrals into new policies
Collaborate with both agents to meet production and retention goals
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
What We’re Looking For
Balanced skill set in both service and sales
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable pivoting service conversations into sales opportunities
Organized and able to manage responsibilities across two agents’ books
Goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally and financially
Prior State Farm or industry experience preferred but not required
