Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Email & SMS Focus)

Location: Remote (worldwide) or Austin, TX Type: Part time / Contractor About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who will own our email and SMS marketing strategy and execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey, driving engagement, and maximizing retention and revenue through effective flows and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Email & SMS Marketing – Core Responsibilities Build and optimize flows and automations in Klaviyo to drive revenue and retention Plan, execute, and manage one-time campaigns with clear goals and segmentation strategies Write copy that maintains urgency and clarity, aligned with our brand voice and customer journey Create clear briefs for the graphic designer. Monitor performance and iterate based on results (A/B testing, open/click rates, revenue attribution) Maintain and organize customer segments to ensure relevant targeting Ensure timely delivery of all lifecycle communications Own the retention piece of the Marketing Calendar Track and report email marketing performance, delivering insights to optimize future campaigns.
