Position Overview: We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our Minneapolis team supporting Target. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our internal sales team, Target’s merchandising teams, and vendor partners to manage strategy and execution of the product lifecycle and drive impactful results. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong account management experience, preferably in a retail account setting. Key Accountabilities: Work as a liaison between Target and vendor teams, managing program execution through the product lifecycle Build strong relationships with both vendor and Target merchandise teams to deliver profitable sales growth and excellent customer support Guide vendors through execution challenges by managing strategic communication and providing proactive issue resolution Oversee all processes and deadlines to ensure program implementation milestones and timelines are met (including but not limited to line reviews, vendor onboarding, packaging, and Target-owned brand processes) Synthesize sales, inventory, and demand data to deliver actionable insights that support key business initiatives and long-term growth strategies Promotional execution and funding tracking Assist with accounting processes and chargeback resolution Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in a customer development/relationship capacity; CPG/retail and/or Target experience preferred CPG, retail, or merchandising processes experience; Target experience is preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast, interpret data from multiple sources, and proactively manage customer performance High level of attention to detail, data integrity, organization, and quality of work Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and storytelling skills Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key internal and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors to influence outcomes Must be comfortable with ambiguity and the constant change that comes with operating in the fast-moving, ever-changing world of retail Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting and exceeding established goals and deadlines; manage work in a fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment Functional knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel (sorting/grouping data, pivot tables, v lookups, etc) #J-18808-Ljbffr
