What This Role Really Is
This is entrepreneurial sales — not waiting for leads.
You’ll hunt. Build relationships. Spot trends. Pitch ideas. Network relentlessly.
Deals are large (typically $250k+), strategic, and relationship-driven.
You’ll use:
AI-powered prospecting
Market trend analysis tools
Automated follow-up systems
Data-backed pitch frameworks
And your own creativity
Your job is simple:
Create revenue by finding the right brands, building trust, and helping them scale through our capabilities.
What You’ll Lead
Networking, prospecting, and relationship-building with supplement brands of all kinds
Leveraging AI tools for outreach, CRM workflows, market intel, and pipeline management
Identifying trends in supplements, wellness, sports nutrition, and emerging categories
Building partnerships, collaborations, and long‑term agreements
Deeply understanding our technical capabilities (you’ll get hands‑on at the plant)
Traveling to customer sites, expos, and high‑value meetings (~20%)
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting → pitch → contract → onboarding
Serving as the face of Steuart Nutrition’s mission and culture
Collaborating directly with production, ops, R&D, and quality to deliver outstanding results
