Sr. UX Designer, Contractor Duration: 5-month contract Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Compensation: $75/h - $85/h on W2 - Depending on Experience About the Role We are looking for a talented and driven Sr. UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing key design deliverables. Building on a prototype developed and validated through customer research, you will interpret research findings, iterate on design solutions, and partner closely with cross‑functional teams to implement those solutions. You will collaborate daily with product, engineering, research, and UX partners in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Interpret customer research and translate insights into refined, user‑centered design solutions Iterate on existing prototypes and design concepts to drive toward implementation‑ready deliverables Produce high‑quality UX artifacts including wireframes, interaction specs, and prototypes in Figma Partner with product, engineering, research, and UX teams to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and aligned to the product vision Apply systems thinking to ensure design solutions scale across the app and eReader ecosystem What You’ll Bring Required: 8+ years of UX design experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment Strong proficiency in Figma Demonstrated experience in mobile app design and interaction design A systems thinking mindset with a human‑centered design approach Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to cross‑functional partners Ability to work independently and manage your own workload with minimal direction Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting in a dynamic environment Nice to Have: Experience with consumerapps Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate design workflows Benefits Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
