Marketing & Business Development Manager

Law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their Los Angeles office. Responsibilities Lead RFP responses, pitches, and client presentations Partner with attorneys to build and execute business development strategies Coordinate firm participation in events, conferences, and speaking engagements Manage brand, promotional campaigns, and external communications Oversee directory and award submissions (Chambers, Legal 500) Supervise and mentor the BD and marketing team Generate fresh ideas to expand the firm's market presence Qualifications Bachelor's degree At least 7+ years of law firm marketing/BD experience required Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and website platforms a plus Willingness to travel occasionally to firm offices and events Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
