About The Role The Graphic Designer role at Doyle requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual adept at crafting both print and digital materials. We are in search of someone with a versatile skillset spanning traditional print design, digital asset creation, motion graphics, photography editing, and video editing. We’re looking for individuals who can contribute ideas, offer design variations, and possess a strong understanding of typography, composition, and image creation. Working closely with the Art Director and our extensive design team, this position involves conceptualizing, creating, and presenting ideas. Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in the creative process and execution across various platforms, such as social media, website assets, prints, and marketing materials. Experience And Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with at least 4 years of professional experience in digital and print media. Proficiency in creating social media assets and expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Figma. Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work and a thorough understanding of typography. Proficiency in video editing software such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or iMovie. Motion graphic design skills are plus. Ability to build and maintain standards for partner presentations, delivering engaging creative and compelling storytelling. Effective collaboration within a fast-paced commercial team, with integration across departments, especially sales and marketing. Demonstrated leadership in communication, quality control, and collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure designs meet established standards. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and innovations to enhance the creative department’s visual storytelling capabilities. Support the development of creative proposals translating visual storytelling into clear narratives that support new partnership opportunities Creating a positive working environment for colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Experience in supporting documentation of design systems and finalizing asset files for production. Highly adaptable and collaborative, capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment with numerous deliverables. Advantageous experience in UI/UX design and social media asset creation.
