The Social Media Intern supports the Credit Union’s brand, member engagement, and digital presence by assisting with content creation, social media management, and online community interaction. This role is ideal for a creative, detail oriented student or early career professional interested in financial services marketing, digital storytelling, and brand strategy. The intern will help strengthen member awareness, promote products and services, and support community outreach efforts through social platforms. Essential Functions Assist with creating social media content (graphics, short form video, photos, captions). Draft, schedule, and publish posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor social channels for member questions, comments, and engagement opportunities. Participate in brainstorming content ideas that support campaigns, community events, and member education. Capture photos and videos at branch events, volunteer activities, and internal engagements for use on social platforms. Track social media metrics, prepare weekly or monthly performance reports, and identify engagement trends. Maintain brand consistency in messaging, look, and voice across all digital platforms. Research social media best practices and emerging trends to support innovation. Assist with administrative tasks within the Marketing team as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
