We are currently seeking a highly motivated & self‑driven Account Executive based in Shrewsbury, NJ to grow our commercial business footprint. You will join a team of industry experts who will assist you in generating new business while selling broad‑range pest control and management services in support of our clients’ business objectives. Identify and establish contact with potential customers Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers Become a subject‑matter expert on our business services Build and maintain an active pipeline; measure KPIs; use Western’s proven sales strategy to meet ambitious recurring revenue targets Exceed all assigned sales revenue goals Qualifications Innovative and creative thinker Persuasive personality Self‑starter, goal‑driven with a high sense of urgency “Yes” approach to customer service; exceptional guest service separates Western from other pest control companies Team‑oriented collaboration skills Community‑focused mindset; desire to give back Previous Account Executive experience is a plus Requirements High School Diploma or G.E.D required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred Valid driver’s license Must be 18 years of age or older We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws Salary Range (plus commission) $45,000 – $50,000 per year (can exceed) Want to learn more about working at Western Pest Services?
