The Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of commercial insurance accounts, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and ensure a high standard of customer service through effective communication and account support. Qualifications Proven account management and customer service experience Insurance industry experience required (Condo and HOA experience preferred) Florida Property & Casualty 2-20 License (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products and regulatory requirements Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills Professional designations such as CIC, ARM, or CPCU (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management Industries Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
