Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $18/hour Bonus opportunities Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Training Employee discounts on products and services Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and set sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates Provide customers with initial vehicle and product information Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads that are not appointment-ready or who have no-showed Maintain accurate daily activity in the CRM system Participate in team meetings and process development sessions Work collaboratively with sales teams and dealership leadership to deliver an excellent customer experience Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience (AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS PREFERRED) Strong communication and people skills Positive, hardworking, and professional attitude Prompt, courteous, and dependable Comfortable with computers and CRM systems Team-oriented with a desire to learn and improve Why Mazda ofClaremont?
