Window Treatment Sales Consultant We are seeking a driven and self‑motivated Window Treatment Sales Consultant to sell custom blinds, shades, shutters, and motorized window treatments. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with no base salary and unlimited earning potential. The ideal candidate is confident in closing sales, comfortable working independently, and motivated by performance‑based income. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home consultations with residential clients Present and sell custom window treatment solutions Educate customers on product options, features, and benefits Accurately measure windows and gather project details Prepare quotes and proposals and follow up to close sales Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales process Coordinate with the company’s operations/install team after the sale Represent the company brand professionally at all times Qualifications Proven sales experience (in‑home or commission‑based sales preferred) Strong closing skills and confidence asking for the sale Self‑starter who can work independently without supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Comfortable using tablets, phones, and basic sales software Ability to accurately measure windows and document details Preferred Experience Window treatments, home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales Commission‑only or 1099 sales roles One‑call or short sales cycle experience Working directly with homeowners, builders, or designers Compensation & Earning Potential 100% commission – no base pay Uncapped earning potential Estimated annual earnings: $50,000 – $100,000+, based on performance Commission is paid once the job is fully installed and completed Training, product knowledge, and sales support provided Independent Contractor Status This position is a 1099 independent contractor role. Consultants are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. No employee benefits are provided.
