Overview Account Manager/Recruiter - Onsite in our San Francisco office We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Account Manager/Recruiter to join a fast-growing, high-performance environment. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, a self-starter, and motivated by results, with the ability to manage multiple searches, build lasting client relationships, and thrive in a high-touch, high-standards setting. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will act as a true partner and advisor to both clients and candidates, owning the full lifecycle of searches while balancing business development, account management, and talent delivery. Success in this role requires hustle, emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and comfort operating at a fast pace with little structure. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with professionalism and urgency Client & Account Management: Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, business goals, and talent profiles Client & Account Management: Provide ongoing updates, market insights, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process Client & Account Management: Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, performance, and results Client & Account Management: Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple active searches simultaneously Client & Account Management: Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking Client & Account Management: Conduct high-volume candidate conversations, interviews, and assessments Client & Account Management: Confidently cold call candidates and prospects on a daily basis Client & Account Management: Guide candidates through interview processes, offer negotiations, and placements Business Development & Growth: Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building Business Development & Growth: Develop and maintain a strong personal brand within your market Business Development & Growth: Operate with a builder mindset, contributing to team growth and agency success Business Development & Growth: Stay highly organized and manage competing priorities with precision and urgency Who You Are Ambitious, driven, and highly motivated with an overachiever mentality Extroverted, outgoing, and energized by constant interaction with people Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach Business-savvy, money-motivated, and goal-oriented with strong financial goals Articulate, confident, and career-serious with a long-term mindset Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in project and time management Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems and tools Strategic thinker with a builder mentality and strong relationship instincts Self-directed, initiative-driven, and accountable for results Fully onsite role, five days per week Heavy daily interaction with both clients and candidates Comfortable with non-traditional hours and 24/7 responsiveness when needed Team-oriented leader with high communication standards and emotional intelligence Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure, performance-driven environments Strong financial goals and motivated by unlimited earning potential Views recruiting as a long-term career, not a temporary role or side job Self-starter who takes ownership, works hard, and consistently pushes for more Why This Role This is an opportunity to build a meaningful, lucrative career inside a competitive agency environment where performance is rewarded and growth is uncapped.
