Overview Account Manager/Recruiter - Onsite in our San Francisco office
We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Account Manager/Recruiter to join a fast-growing, high-performance environment. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, a self-starter, and motivated by results, with the ability to manage multiple searches, build lasting client relationships, and thrive in a high-touch, high-standards setting.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will act as a true partner and advisor to both clients and candidates, owning the full lifecycle of searches while balancing business development, account management, and talent delivery. Success in this role requires hustle, emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and comfort operating at a fast pace with little structure.
Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with professionalism and urgency
Client & Account Management: Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, business goals, and talent profiles
Client & Account Management: Provide ongoing updates, market insights, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
Client & Account Management: Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, performance, and results
Client & Account Management: Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple active searches simultaneously
Client & Account Management: Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
Client & Account Management: Conduct high-volume candidate conversations, interviews, and assessments
Client & Account Management: Confidently cold call candidates and prospects on a daily basis
Client & Account Management: Guide candidates through interview processes, offer negotiations, and placements
Business Development & Growth: Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building
Business Development & Growth: Develop and maintain a strong personal brand within your market
Business Development & Growth: Operate with a builder mindset, contributing to team growth and agency success
Business Development & Growth: Stay highly organized and manage competing priorities with precision and urgency
