The Communications & Marketing Director leads all internal and external communication efforts to promote The Nett Church’s mission and increase visibility in the community. This role manages social media, digital platforms, and creative content, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a communications and marketing strategy to grow community visibility and engagement. Manage digital platforms including social media, website, app, email newsletters, and SMS campaigns. Design and produce promotional materials (graphics, slides, flyers, banners, and ads). Collaborate with ministry leaders to align communications with church priorities. Manage online advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads for Nonprofits). Recruit and lead volunteers to assist with storytelling and media. Capture and share stories of impact from church events and ministries Qualifications 2+ years of experience in communications, social media management, or marketing (church/nonprofit preferred). Strong writing, editing, and design skills; proficiency in Canva and related tools. Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms. Strategic, organized, and collaborative; able to manage multiple projects. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
