Sales & Marketing Director - Modena Reserve at Bethesda An immediate and exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned and dynamic Sales and Marketing Director at Modena Reserve Bethesda. A 102‑unit, established provider of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care in Bethesda, MD. Reporting to our Executive Director, the selected candidate will build meaningful professional relationships with prospective residents, adult children and organizations/influencers within the community at large. You will effectively manage community tours, share why Modena Reserve Bethesda is THE place to be, initiate purposeful/timely follow‑up and achieve leasing goals. Base salary of $100,000.00 and an aggressive commission plan based on leasing performance offered. Modena Reserve at Bethesda is owned by Focus Healthcare and proudly operated by Solera Senior Living.
