
Registered Client Associate, (Client Experience & Marketing)

Your role
Deliver a best in class client experience. Elevate the team’s brand. Make the partners more effective. This role sits at the intersection of client service, marketing/brand execution, and partner leverage. You’ll ensure clients are well taken care of, the team’s brand is delivered professionally, and partners stay focused on high value work.
What you’ll own
manage client service workflows: account opening, maintenance, documentation, and follow through
keep CRM and management systems accurate, current, and reliable
prepare meeting materials, reports, and post meeting deliverables
elevate the Clear Point Partners brand through social media and digital channels (content coordination, posting support, consistency of voice and look)
maintain and refresh marketing materials; coordinate client events and campaigns
support partners with calendars, travel, expenses, and ad hoc administrative or personal tasks
proactively manage the team calendar so priorities, deadlines, and events don’t slip

Clear Point Partners is a 12 person wealth management team at UBS serving ultra high net worth founders, entrepreneurs, and multi-generational families across multiple cities.
Your expertise
Required
Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
2+ years of client service or operations experience in wealth management or financial services
strong written and verbal communication skills
exceptional attention to detail and follow through
proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with CRM and workflow tool
bachelor’s degree
Nice to have
experience supporting senior partners with fast turn requests
brand and marketing development
exposure to marketing coordination, events, or social media execution
