You’ll ensure clients are well taken care of, the team brand is delivered professionally, and partners stay focused on high value work. What you’ll own Manage client service workflows: account opening, maintenance, documentation, and follow through Keep CRM and management systems accurate, current, and reliable Prepare meeting materials, reports, and post‑meeting deliverables Elevate the Clear Point Partners brand through social media and digital channels (content coordination, posting support, consistency of voice and look) Maintain and refresh marketing materials; coordinate client events and campaigns Support partners with calendars, travel, expenses, and ad‑hoc administrative or personal tasks Proactively manage the team calendar so priorities, deadlines, and events don’t slip Job Type Full Time Job Reference # 336253BR City Atlanta, Miami, Philadelphia Your team Clear Point Partners is a 12‑person wealth management team at UBS serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth founders, entrepreneurs, and multi‑generational families across multiple cities.
