Brunswick, a global marine leader, invites applications for the Retail Marketing Specialist position to support authorized dealers and drive sales performance. Position Overview The Retail Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the performance and success of authorized dealers by ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, product programs, and go-to-market initiatives, serving as a key liaison between corporate teams and the dealer network. Responsibilities Support dealers with the execution of brand product and promotional programs across showrooms and local activations. Ensure dealer environments reflect brand standards while allowing flexibility for dealer-specific needs. Support new product launches, seasonal programs, and model-year transitions. Provide product knowledge, sales tools, and training to dealer teams. Ensure dealers understand product positioning, features, and value propositions. Act as a day-to-day point of contact for dealer questions related to brand, product, and marketing support. Build strong working relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, and frontline teams. Conduct dealer visits to assess needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities. Support sales initiatives by aligning dealer execution with broader sales and marketing strategies. Monitor dealer performance indicators such as sell-through, program participation, and readiness for launches. Share dealer feedback and market insights with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity for dealer-facing programs. Help translate corporate strategy into simple, actionable dealer tools and guidance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3‑5 years of experience in marketing management for consumer products. Strong track record of experience with both B2B and B2C marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuasively present ideas to colleagues and senior management. Skilled at managing projects and meeting deadlines. Intermediate to advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to boat shows. Preferred Qualifications Marine experience is a plus. Excel in problem solving, innovation, team participation, and self‑motivation. Demonstrates being a team player and hits project targets and deadlines to achieve business growth. Willingness to challenge the status quo and constructively drive change while fostering teamwork and core corporate values. Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders. Prompt response time to all internal and external customer inquiries and directives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large sets of data, identify insights, and build compelling strategic plans. Compensation Pay Range: $76,300 - $110,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
