Role Description We are seeking an Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Hoffman Estates, IL. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts by fostering relationships, identifying their needs, and offering customized insurance solutions. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, addressing customer inquiries, managing claims, and ensuring customer retention through proactive communication. The Account Manager will also support sales goals by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, as well as managing sales initiatives. On-Track Earnings This role offers strong income potential with on-track first-year earnings of $60,000–$65,000, combining base compensation, commissions, and performance incentives. Qualifications Strong skills in customer service, relationship management, and communication Experience in account management, sales, and cross-selling Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency with insurance-related tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of the insurance industry and products is preferred Problem-solving capabilities and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain required licensing #J-18808-Ljbffr
