Your Impact We are seeking a curious, empathetic, collaborative, and tenacious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing business development team. In this role, you will be a critical driver of 120Water’s growth by generating qualified sales opportunities through thoughtful inbound and outbound outreach. You will evangelize 120Water’s mission and solutions, working closely with Sales and Marketing to engage the right prospects, communicate value, and build a strong, sustainable pipeline within an assigned territory or segment.
What You’ll Do Communicate 120Water’s value proposition clearly and confidently to prospective customers
Generate qualified pipeline and consistently achieve meeting and activity goals
Execute inbound and outbound prospecting through phone, email, and digital channels
Help potential customers understand legislation, regulations, and policies related to clean water compliance
Research and prioritize target accounts within an assigned territory or market segment; Prospect, engage, and nurture relationships with senior-level stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support revenue and pipeline goals
Partner with Marketing to support and execute demand generation campaigns
Maintain accurate and timely records of activity and lead status in CRM tools
Represent 120Water at conferences, trade shows, and industry events as needed
What You Bring Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high level of personal accountability
Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment
Curiosity and initiative, with a strong desire to learn and achieve results
Comfort adapting quickly in a growing, evolving organization
Experience generating leads or pipeline in a value-based or solution-oriented sales cycle
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technology (HubSpot)
1+ years experience in SDR/BDR or sales role preferred
