About the Role
We are hiring a Content Manager: Performance & Product Content to own the execution, quality, and distribution readiness of WIN Reality’s content across video, written, social, and in-product channels.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role responsible for turning ideas, partner collaborations, product launches, and campaign briefs into finished, high‑quality content assets that drive awareness, education, engagement, and revenue.

You will serve as the central content executor across marketing, working closely with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Paid Media, and the Partnership Manager to produce and finalize content used across:

Paid media creative

Owned social channels

Website and blog

Email and lifecycle campaigns

In-product content experiences

SwingLabs, WIN Reality’s in‑app content hub

This role owns organic social channel execution , publishing, and growth across both WIN Reality and Blast Motion platforms in addition to creating and finalizing the core content assets that power the other downstream channel executions.

This role works closely with Design and Lifecycle Marketing partners. Visual asset execution is supported by WIN’s Design team, and Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for extending core content into email, push, and SMS channels.

Success in this role is measured by content output quality, execution speed, organic social growth and engagement, cross‑channel usability, and contribution to campaign and product performance.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution (50%)

Own creation and final execution of core marketing content across video, written, and social formats

Produce and finalize core content assets from briefs provided by Product Marketing, Growth/Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, and Partnerships. These assets are then extended into email, push, and SMS channels by the Lifecycle Marketing team.

Create content through both internally driven and partner‑driven workflows, including:

Internally originated campaigns and product content

Partner and creator collaborations coordinated through the Partnership Manager

Support two partner content models:

Partners who produce their own content

Partners who rely on WIN for production and editing

Serve as the internal execution lead for partner content deliverables and collaborative productions

Edit and assemble content into channel‑ready formats

Ensure content meets WIN brand, performance, and product accuracy standards

Maintain consistent tone and instructional clarity across all outputs

Organic Social Channel Ownership (50%)

Own day‑to‑day management of WIN Reality and Blast Motion organic social channels across: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn

Plan, create, publish, and manage organic social content calendars

Produce and adapt content for platform‑native formats

Post consistently and optimize content mix by platform

Curate performance, training, product, and partner content for social distribution

Engage with community comments and conversations to build audience trust and interaction

Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to amplify creator and partner content

Coordinate with Paid Media to identify organic posts suitable for paid amplification

Track platform performance and growth metrics and report on results

Continuously test formats, hooks, and content types to grow reach and engagement

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

Partnership Manager (partner content and creator collaborations)

Product Marketing (product and campaign briefs)

Lifecycle Marketing (who extends core content into email, push, and SMS programs)

Paid Media (creative variants and ad formats)

Design (visual execution and asset production support)

Translate strategic briefs into execution‑ready core content assets that can be reused across paid, product, social, and lifecycle channels

Qualifications
Experience

4+ years in content production, content marketing, or creative execution

Strong experience producing video and social‑first content

Experience editing and packaging short‑form performance content

Experience supporting campaign and product marketing content

Experience managing and growing brand social media channels preferred

Domain Knowledge

Strong working knowledge of baseball and/or softball required

Familiarity with training, coaching, or player development strongly preferred

Able to recognize high‑quality instruction and mechanics content

Skills

Strong video editing and content production skills

Strong writing and content structuring ability

Able to turn rough inputs into polished outputs

Comfortable working from briefs and production outlinesHigh attention to detail and instructional accuracy

Organized and deadline‑driven

Comfortable working with athletes, coaches, and creators
