Position Overview
This role sits on the Experiences team and will be responsible for both strategy and execution of our email marketing program, with additional support across SMS and social. You’ll work closely with our CRM and design teams to build targeted, automated campaigns that convert first‑time buyers into repeat customers. Email will account for roughly 70% of your focus, and this position requires someone who can build workflows, segmentation, and automation hands‑on, not just manage from the sidelines. This position is also partially client‑facing, supporting guest communications tied directly to live events and VIP experiences.
Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end email marketing program, from strategy through execution
Build and manage workflows, automation, and segmentation within HubSpot
Develop targeted campaigns focused on improving key email metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion)
Support the Experiences team with guest‑facing communications, including:
Know‑before‑you‑go emails
Pre‑event logistics and experience updates
Post‑event surveys and feedback collection
Drive repeat purchases and customer retention through lifecycle marketing
Write compelling, on‑brand email copy tailored to premium VIP audiences
Partner with the design team to concept and execute high‑quality creative assets
A/B test subject lines, messaging, layouts, and CTAs to optimize performance
Collaborate with the CRM team to tailor audiences and improve personalization
Support SMS and social campaigns as part of an integrated digital strategy
Produce monthly performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations
Experience
3–5 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on email/lifecycle marketing
Proven experience building workflows, automation, and segmentation (not just using existing ones)
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (strongly preferred)
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for conversion and brand voice
Analytical mindset with experience reporting on performance and optimizing campaigns
Creative, customer‑focused thinker who understands how to market premium experiences
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with CRM, design, and experiences teams
Confident communicator who can support guest‑ and client‑facing initiatives when needed
