Overview Work Location: Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote Work Schedule: Normal EST business hours, Monday - Friday Job Description The Social Media Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the organic social media platform strategy for a core social media platform, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. This role involves managing the content pipeline, optimizing performance, identifying new opportunities, and actively participating in real-time trend monitoring and reactive content creation to foster strong community engagement. Responsibilities The Social Media Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the organic social media platform strategy for a core social media platform, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. This role involves managing the content pipeline, optimizing performance, identifying new opportunities, and actively participating in real-time trend monitoring and reactive content creation to foster strong community engagement. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in social media/channel management, with a strong focus on short-form video content Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies. Experience at large consumer brands, ideally tech experience and/or interest in AI Deep understanding of internet culture and norms across social platforms Pulse on social conversation and trends Collaborative and able to work well x-functionally Detail oriented & highly organized Experience with Sprinklr and native publishing to social media platforms Education: Experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
