Gigi, well known for its hair removal products, is looking for a Brand Manager! What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end brand marketing initiatives, including new product launches , packaging, pricing, merchandising, and go-to-market strategy for multiple skin care brands Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that bring brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging to life across channels Ensure consistent brand identity while evolving brands to stay relevant in a competitive personal care landscape Drive marketing initiatives that support revenue growth across professional, retail, and mass distribution channels Own pricing strategy and conduct ongoing competitive and margin analysis for existing and new products Partner with internal teams to leverage consumer insights, market research, and performance data to inform strategy Identify and evaluate growth opportunities within the current brand portfolio Set, track, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual brand performance and revenue goals Prepare and present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership What You Bring 2–3 years of hands-on brand marketing experience within skin care, beauty, or personal care (CPG experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of brand strategy, including positioning, storytelling, visual identity, and consumer engagement Proven ability to manage multiple projects and brands in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Highly organized with strong time-management and attention to detail Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus Why Join Us Work with a diverse and growing portfolio of global beauty and personal care brands Make a visible impact on brand growth and innovation Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with room for ownership and career growth Exposure to multiple channels and end-to-end brand management Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holiday pay, retirement plan, supplemental insurance and voluntary life insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
