The company operates a diversified platform including real estate brokerage, property management, construction, and building services, and is known for a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to make a measurable impact by shaping the company’s digital voice and presence. The position is anywhere from part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) with the potential to be full-time.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute a multi-platform social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other emerging channels

Create and schedule engaging visual and written content that communicates the firm’s brand story, business updates, and community involvement

Collaborate with internal teams to promote company news, property listings, and project highlights

Track social media performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategy to increase engagement

Stay informed on current social and digital trends relevant to business and real estate marketing

Support general marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed

Requirements

2+ years of professional social media management experience (B2B, real estate, or professional services preferred)

Strong writing, content creation, and visual design skills

Proficiency with scheduling and content tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, or Adobe Creative Suite

Solid understanding of LinkedIn audience engagement and analyticsAbility to work independently while collaborating with leadership when needed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
