GuardianVets is hiring a Growth and Business Development Manager to help generate pipeline, create demand, and drive revenue. This is a hands on startup role for someone who can combine outbound outreach, business development, email marketing, light social and content execution, and creative growth initiatives. This is not a pure brand role. The focus is on creating opportunities and helping turn them into revenue.
What you will do Generate new business through outreach, follow up, and relationship building
Write and launch email campaigns that drive interest and meetings
Support social media and content that builds awareness and demand
Develop creative strategies to generate leads, partnerships, and new opportunities
Help move prospects through the funnel and support closing efforts
Work closely with leadership to test ideas, measure results, and scale what works
What we are looking for Strong communicator and writer
Commercial mindset, motivated by winning business
Creative, proactive, and resourceful
Comfortable wearing both growth and sales hats
Able to operate independently and move quickly in a startup environment
