What This Role Offers Eight-week Sales Development Program focused on Novatech products, sales methodology, and tools
Ongoing development throughout the year to strengthen sales, technical, and solution knowledge
Collaborative team environment with coaching, mentorship, and peer support
Opportunity to establish a strong presence within the Milwaukee business community
Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
Execute Novatech’s sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting
Build relationships within the local business community to uncover new opportunities
Develop deep knowledge of Novatech’s solutions to effectively advise clients
Engage decision makers and executive leaders to drive revenue growth
Manage a defined territory while consistently achieving activity and revenue goals
What Success Looks Like Consistent prospecting and disciplined pipeline management
Strong local relationships and community engagement
Accountability to goals and follow-through on commitments
Continuous improvement through coaching and feedback
What You Bring Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) outside sales, preferably in technology or related industries
Demonstrated success with prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated approach with the ability to manage a full territory independently
Experience using customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Ability to commute to the Waukesha office as needed
