Our client is a growing multi-brand consumer products company seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Email Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team. This role will support the development and execution of email campaigns across several brands, helping drive customer engagement, lifecycle marketing initiatives, and revenue performance.
This role is in Plano, Texas and does not offer relocation. Local DFW candidates only.
Reporting to the Email/Lifecycle Marketing Manager, this position will play a hands‑on role in building campaigns, maintaining list health, supporting reporting efforts, and ensuring high standards for quality and deliverability. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative , comfortable working across multiple brands in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Email Campaign Development Build and deploy email campaigns across multiple brands using an email marketing platform
Ensure emails render correctly across devices and email clients
Schedule campaigns and automated flows in alignment with the marketing calendar
Collaborate with creative and content teams to accurately implement campaign designs
Maintain and organize reusable email templates to ensure consistency across brands
Campaign Execution & Optimization Draft compelling email copy and subject lines aligned with campaign goals
Support promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns
Assist with customer journey mapping and automation flow development
Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends to bring new ideas and best practices to the team
Monitor list health metrics including bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, deliverability, and spam complaints
Perform regular list hygiene activities including suppression management, segmentation updates, and re‑engagement campaigns
Support subscriber acquisition strategies while ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Identify deliverability risks and recommend improvements
Reporting & Analytics Compile campaign performance metrics including open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, and revenue impact
Assist with monthly reporting and campaign performance summaries
Track and analyze A/B testing results to inform optimization strategies
Analyze audience and campaign data to uncover trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to improve performance
Quality Assurance Conduct thorough QA testing prior to deployment, including link testing, rendering checks, and personalization validation
Maintain quality control processes to ensure brand and messaging consistency
Proofread and review campaign content for accuracy and clarity
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or content issues before launch
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
Experience working with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience a plus)
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
Understanding of deliverability best practices, segmentation, and list management
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple brands in a fast‑paced environment
Interest in emerging marketing tools and AI technologies that improve workflow efficiency
