Your Role: As the Email Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs, ensuring accurate deployment, strong performance, and alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing strategies across campaigns and lifecycle journeys Build, test, and deploy campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and automated workflows Maintain and manage the email marketing calendar Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance and engagement Perform QA across devices to ensure quality and deliverability Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices Collaborate with internal teams, regional marketing, and external partners Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting on key metrics Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 3–5+ years of email marketing experience Experience with ESP platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing Experience with HTML/CSS for email editing and troubleshooting Knowledge of analytics tools and performance reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us
