Basic Function The Marketing Manager will own the execution of the marketing initiatives, website management, digital presence, and sales enablement tools. The ideal candidate is organized, technically inclined, detail-oriented, and excited to build the marketing systems inside a fast-growing industrial distribution company. This position will work directly with leadership, sales, and operations to elevate the brand, improve customer-facing digital tools, and support continued expansion into new markets. This is a hybrid role with remote work and regular on-site present (approximately one day per week).
Key Responsibilities Website & Digital Infrastructure
Own and manage the company website (content updates, structure improvements, SEO optimization)
Coordinate with developers for larger site enhancements
Manage product uploads, images, spec sheets, and technical documentation
Ensure alignment between website, NetSuite ERP, and customer portal
Product Marketing & Content Development
Create and maintain product spec sheets, line cards, and technical documentation
Support new product launches (valve automation, BPE products, specialty stainless offerings)
Maintain consistent brand standards across all materials
Email Marketing & CRM Integration
Manage customer e-blasts and company announcements
Build and segment customer lists within NetSuite
Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements
Create professional presentations, product decks, and distributor materials
Develop industry-specific marketing collateral
Support outside sales team with account-specific materials
Coordinate trade show marketing materials and booth messaging
SEO & Growth Initiatives
Improve search rankings for key product categories
Optimize product descriptions and keyword structure
Monitor website analytics and identify growth opportunities
Recommend and implement digital marketing improvements
Required Experience/Education Sought Experience in B2B marketing (industrial or technical marketing preferred)
Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar platforms)
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms
Understanding of SEO principles and digital analytics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
