Great, here's who we're looking for...The Performance Media Strategist is responsible for managing the end-to-end paid media for high-profile clients. This includes the planning, implementing, and reporting on campaigns. They act as the go-to escalation point for client questions and concerns on campaigns and strive to find new tactics and platforms while collaborating with other internal teams.What You Will DoResponsible for the monitoring, optimizing, and reporting of campaigns on an ongoing basisOptimize campaigns based on goals and review analytics to ensure goals are being achievedWork directly with Analytics team to report on insights and measurement of KPIsEstablish channel and tactical strategies along the path-to-purchaseEstablish benchmarks and projections for tacticsWork directly with clients to present findings and strategyWork with creative teams to develop fresh concepts and ideas that drive resultsWork with development teams on tracking plans, best practices, and issue resolutionMonitor campaign budgets and results, making budget and channel allocation recommendations as necessarySet-up and manage campaigns across various digital platformsSet up new accounts and implement account strategySet up new accounts and oversee Analysts' or Coordinators' account strategiesPresent and report to clients as well as be the go-to escalation point for client questions and concerns on campaignsProof dashboards, ensuring the are accurate prior to status meetingsBe a mentor for other team membersMaintain knowledge of industry best practices and developments in technologyDraft POVs on new tools and tactics, as requiredDraft search and social copy, as required3-5 years of experience managing paid mediaPost-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business, or relevant experienceHighly knowledgeable and proficient with paid social platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics and on-top-of new developments with GoogleUp to date on the latest digital trends and able to apply educated recommendations based on this knowledgeDemonstrates an interest in researching new channels and methods of paid amplificationStrong attention to detail and proven ability to manage budgetsExcellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to clientsHighly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environmentExperience in travel and hospitality considered an assetOur benefits are anything but basic, with vacation time available on day one (not to mention an extra bonus week during the holidays), an annual travel credit (for non-work related travel), and free office snacks and drinks to keep you energized when you're around.In addition, we offer the following and are consistently looking for new ways to enhance the benefits we offer to our team:75% premium share option for Group Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision), with a health spending account to top up your claimsA healthy living accountCompany matching RRSP programTop up for Parental/Pregnancy leaveRemote and flexible work arrangementsTransit and fitness discountsRecreational sports teamsLearning and development opportunities with a multitude of resourcesInternal recognition programsJ-18808-Ljbffr
