Marketing Assistant

IDR is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join an opportunity in El Segundo, California. This role supports the Gynecology Marketing Team in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential administrative and marketing support to enhance campaign execution and internal communications. Position Overview for the Marketing Assistant: Assist with coordinating internal and external communications, managing vendor and customer correspondence. Support event logistics for major medical conferences, including planning, vendor communication, and on-site support. Maintain and update digital platforms and marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Collaborate on product launch activities, including preparing documentation, assisting with sales data analysis, and managing collateral development. Provide administrative support to ensure seamless team operations, including managing inquiries, handling logistics, and supporting new hire onboarding. Requirements for the Marketing Assistant: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant, preferably in a sales or marketing environment Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Bachelor’s Degree is required Some social media and event management experience is a plus Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work assertively with team members and external partners What's in it for you?
