Reports To: Chief Product & Experience Officer CarAdvise is looking for a data-driven, proactive Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and takes ownership from concept through execution. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing, focused on driving user activation, engagement, retention, and product usage across both B2C and B2B audiences. You are naturally curious, highly analytical, and a self-starter who identifies opportunities without waiting for direction. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution — equally comfortable developing campaign concepts, writing copy, analyzing performance, and launching campaigns independently. Marketing Manager Company: CarAdvise Location: Remote / Hybrid Experience: 5 - 7 Years Key Responsibilities Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive user activation, engagement, retention, and product adoption Create onboarding, nurture, and lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and in-product channels Continuously optimize customer journeys using behavioral and performance data Identify growth opportunities through experimentation and testing Product Marketing Partner closely with Product and Customer Success teams to support product launches and feature adoption Translate product capabilities into compelling customer‑facing messaging and value propositions Build campaigns that educate users and drive product usage Campaign Strategy & Execution Own campaigns end-to-end: concept creation → messaging → execution → analysis → optimization Develop creative campaign concepts aligned to business objectives Write high‑performing marketing copy across email, SMS, landing pages, and digital channels Create basic visual assets and campaign layouts, when needed Marketing Automation & Operations Build, manage, and optimize campaigns using HubSpot, Klaviyo, and in-product comms platforms Segment audiences and personalize communications based on lifecycle stage and behavior Apply email and SMS best practices to improve deliverability, engagement, and conversion Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights Analytics & Optimization Use data to inform strategy and prioritize initiatives Define success metrics and analyze campaign performance Run A/B tests and iterative experiments to improve results Report on impact tied to activation, engagement, and revenue outcomes Qualifications Required 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing within a technology or digital product company Self‑starter mindset with strong ownership and execution ability; bias toward action and experimentation Strong ownership mentality Experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives Proven success creating lifecycle, onboarding, or product marketing campaigns Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, Wordpress Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices Excellent copywriting and messaging skills Comfortable creating basic marketing visuals or layouts Preferred Automotive or fleet experience Highly analytical with experience using performance data to guide decisions Familiarity with growth experimentation frameworks Experience working closely with product and engineering teams Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies About CarAdvise CarAdvise is the nation's leading online platform for automotive maintenance and repair services.
