Social Media Growth Creative Intern at Aither

We're seeking a results driven Social Media Growth Creative Intern with a proven track record of successfully growing social media accounts. You'll lead our studio's digital presence from the ground up, crafting our brand voice and visual identity while showcasing our work, studio culture, and design insights in an intimate creative environment. This role has strong potential to develop into a full time position and includes opportunities to collaborate with our design team on brand and creative deliverables for our partners. Responsibilities Team up with leadership to build growth strategies for Aither's social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest) with measurable follower and engagement increases Work with the design team to create performing visual content and manage posting schedules based on analytics insights and trends Develop reusable design templates and graphics using Figma Research and implement trending hashtags, content formats, and growth hacks Plan and execute content calendar in collaboration with CEO & Founder Produce photo and video content using professional equipment to capture studio life and design processes Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy for maximum growth Required Qualifications Must be located in NYC and available to work in-studio Demonstrated success growing social media accounts with specific follower and engagement metrics Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn growth strategies and algorithm optimization Proficiency with photography and videography equipment (cameras, lighting, editing) Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media metrics Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently Strategic thinking combined with creative execution skills Currently pursuing degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field Bonus Qualifications Basic Figma knowledge for creating graphics and templates PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING If you are not based in NYC or do not have a portfolio demonstrating your creative work and social media growth results, please do not apply.
