Commercial Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join a well-established and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a family‑owned agency that has a reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting producers, assisting clients, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers. This position is fully onsite and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, producers, and carriers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Assist in new business acquisition and remarketing efforts.
Provide detailed and accurate answers to client inquiries regarding coverage and carrier processing.
Support producers by gathering necessary information and facilitating efficient workflows.
Maintain and grow a book of business, handling varying account sizes.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Partner with the Account Executive to deliver exceptional service and achieve team goals.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience:
At least 3 years in an independent insurance agency (5+ years preferred).
Proven experience working with producers and carriers across various lines of business.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is a plus.
