Remote Personal Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in personal lines insurance, who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. You will primarily handle standard accounts, with occasional exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) clients. Compensation Package Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) Work Arrangement: In-office/hybrid Equipment: Provided for remote work, if applicable Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market personal lines accounts, primarily standard accounts with some HNW clients. Handle renewals, marketing, and new business processes. Quote new and renewal business as required. Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain organized and accurate records in AMS360 software. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in personal lines account management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
