Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close‑knit and growing team. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $62,000 annually

Responsibilities
Effectively manage a book of business.
Handle daily tasks such as renewals, endorsements, billing, and client inquiries.
Quote new and renewal business, primarily for call‑in clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (independent or captive).
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency using agency management software.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Desire for professional growth and a long‑term career in insurance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Dependable and detail‑oriented.
