This is not a “camera operator” role. Responsibilities Video & Photo Production Film high-end remodeling and cabinetry projects (before, during, after) Capture emotional client testimonials and transformation stories Film coaching events, workouts, and behind-the-scenes content Produce professional architectural photography Create short‑form and long‑form content for social media platforms Editing & Storytelling Edit cinematic long‑form videos Produce high‑performing short‑form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) Develop event recap films and brand documentaries Build emotional arcs and compelling narratives Maintain high production standards Social Media Management & Growth Manage and grow Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms Develop a content calendar and posting rhythm Monitor analytics and optimize performance Increase engagement and brand awareness Help drive inbound leads through strategic content Brand Development Collaborate directly with leadership on creative direction Help shape messaging and storytelling strategy Protect and elevate brand standards Organize and maintain the content library and production systems Qualifications Required: Advanced videography skills Strong photography composition (architectural experience preferred) Expert‑level editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.) Strong understanding of lighting and audio Mastery of short‑form editing for social platforms Ability to manage projects independently Strong organizational skills High ownership mindset Preferred: Drone experience (FAA Part 107 a plus) Graphic design skills Paid ads or digital marketing knowledge Branding experience Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
